岗位职责： Knowledge and experiences in ESH ESH方面的知识和经验 1 Assisting the site management team to achieve full compliance with applicable laws & regulations and the requirements of corporate and BU. 协助现场管理团队达到完全符合适用的法律法规以及公司和BU的要求。 2 Develop and improve ESHA procedures including OHSAS18001 & ISO14001, ensure the effective operation of ESHA management system. 制定和完善包括OHSAS18001和ISO14001在内的ESHA程序，确保ESHA管理体系的有效运行。 3 Complete and maintaining the running od site Safety Standard Management system. Assure effective security access control of site;·完成并维护现场运行的安全标准管理系统。确保对现场进行有效的安全访问控制 4 Accountable for legal compliance identification and implement precautions for gaps elimination with KPIs for performance measurement. 负责法律合规性的识别和实施预防措施，以消除与KPI的绩效测量差距。 5 Assisting risk management of plant, Support each department to conduct JHA risk assessment. 协助工厂风险管理，支持各部门进行JHA风险评估。 6 To provide ESHA training to all internal staffs, suppliers, visitors and contractors, promote EHS awareness and behavior. 对所有内部员工、供应商、访客和承包商进行ESHA培训，提高EHS意识和行为。 7 Organize to Investigate accidents, complete accident reporting according to Clariant Guidelines and procedures, follow up corrective actions根据科莱恩的指导和程序组织事故调查，完成事故报告，跟踪纠正措施 8 Organize to condct routine inspection and safety observation, support each department conduct tracking the complete rate组织开展日常检查和安全观察，支持各部门跟踪完成率 9 Maintaining good business relationship with local authorities and emergency services. 与当地政府部门和应急服务部门保持良好的业务关系。 10 Supporting site emrgency management, Organize site emergency response drill, train the ERT, review and update ERP when necessary. 协助现场应急管理，组织现场应急演练，培训应急响应人员，必要时审核并更新ERP系统。 11 Follow up corrective and preventive actions based on inspections, audit, accidents investigation risk assessment and other findings. 根据检查、审计、事故调查、风险评估和其他发现，跟踪纠正和预防措施。 12 Perform other task assigned by ESHA manager. 完成ESHA经理交办的其他任务。 岗位要求: 1.
